Happy Birthday to my P.I.C. :)

Last Sunday I helped celebrate on of my best friend's birthdays. We floated the Weber river. It took us 4 hours to float the 2 hour stretch. It definitely was an adventure. My fear for spiders (in the bushes on the side of the river) and drowning had me a little worried but overall it was a fun experience! Of course I was the first one to flip my tube...at least I was one of many. LOL. Tim had to work so he missed out. Side note, it was his last Sunday shift! No more weekends! :)

Happy Birthday Callie! I hope you had an amazing day & I wish you lots of happiness! I am so happy to have you as a friend and love all of our memories!

 Last weekend we went boating with my brother Sean, Audree & my cute nephews.  My parents and Audree's sister Annie and her husband Neal also came up.  It was the perfect family fun day.  We spent the day swimming, tubing & soaking up the sun. :)

AntiGravity Yoga

I love trying new things.  I was a little nervous to try antigravity yoga but it looked like fun.  Plus, I needed something new to switch up my old boring gym routine.  My friends and I got a pretty good deal on livingsocial.com.  I've gone to 3 classes and so far & I love it!  It's so nice to have a little "me" time and my back feels better then ever.  I love feeling weightless, like I'm floating.  It's so relaxing and I fall into such a deep sleep after my class.  I highly recommend trying it!
